The management has a continuing commitment to:

  • Ensure & emphasize that customer needs and expectations and all statutory and regulatory requirements are fulfilled with the aim of achieving Customer satisfaction through our products and services.
  • We gain valuable feedback from our customers to ensure we are meeting their needs at the highest level. We seek and incorporate customer and interested parties feedback to continuously improve our performance and the quality system’s effectiveness.
  • We will actively pursue quality improvements through programs that enable each employee to do their job right the first time and every time.
  • We regularly review the Quality Policy and its objectives.
    All deliveries will meet or preferably exceed our customer’s expectations through the entire business process, from orders to final deliveries and use of our products and services.

  • Ensure that the Management Reviews set and review the quality objectives, and report on the internal audit results as a means of monitoring and measuring the processes and the effectiveness of the Quality Management System.
  • Ensure the availability of resources to support monitoring, review and improvement.

The Managing Director of our Company has formulated the quality policy. The quality policy applies to all levels in the organization. All employees are expected to know what the quality policy means to them as it affects their job or position within the company. The policy is posted in prominent locations throughout the facility.
