All HP Valves are standardly available in stainless, covering most major application needs. In addition, eight other special alloy materials are available upon request for specific applications. All manifolds are engineered to ease the connection and disconnection of instrumentation to-from a process line, without interfering with the process flow. They are ideally used to control, isolate or vent an instrument or a network, equalize and drain liquids or gases, or even calibrate
Three kinds of manifold configurations are available. Each is designed for specific application situations: -
2Valve manifolds: specially designed for static pressure and liquid level application: isolation, calibration, and purge of gauges and transmitters.
3-Valve manifolds: suitable for differential pressure application: a measure of flow rates or levels, by means of transmitters or differential pressure gauges with the possibility to disassemble the instruments
5-Valve manifolds: also designed for differential pressure application such as the measure of flow rates or levels, using transmitters or differential pressure gauges with the possibility to dismount the instruments. Those manifolds present two bleed/vent valves, contrary to 3-valve manifolds.
